Billing Policy

Prices for the consumer EUR offer include applicable VAT. The total and currency are disclosed before payment. Stripe processes payments; invoices and payment-method management are available in your account.

The introductory payment is collected at subscription. New subscriptions renew every four weeks in advance on the billing calendar shown in your account. Historical subscriptions keep their agreed schedule. Failed attempts are not successful payments. We notify you of payment failures and any scheduled retry. Access may be suspended when payment is not completed; you can still manage or cancel renewal.

Invoice estimates may change with taxes, discounts or approved changes. Final invoices show actual amounts. Billing errors and refunds are handled under the Refund Policy. Contact [email protected] for assistance.
