Plausible Analytics is cookieless and does not store personal data on your device.
If you withdraw analytics consent, PostHog stops and its cookie and storage entries are deleted. Only a local storage marker, __ph_opt_in_out_[project key], remains: it records the refusal so that PostHog stays inactive, and contains no identifier. It is removed when you clear your browser data.
Your choices
PostHog is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies. It records a limited list of anonymous product events (tool opened, document imported, processing started, completed or failed, download requested, payment page opened) with the tool name, file count, a size range and duration. It never receives document contents, file names, signature links, account identifiers, payment details or precise location. Automatic click capture, session recording and page-view tracking are disabled.
Microsoft Clarity is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies, on public pages without query parameters. Document workspaces, sign-in, account and billing pages are excluded. We do not send account identifiers, document contents or custom personal data to Clarity. Advertising storage is denied. Recordings and heatmaps help us understand navigation and improve the service. You can withdraw consent at any time; recording is stopped and analytics storage consent is revoked. See Microsoft privacy information.
Nothing optional is set before you choose. "Reject all" is as easy as "Accept all". You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. Google Consent Mode v2 is set to "denied" before Google Tag Manager starts. The GTM container loads only after analytics or marketing consent. Without JavaScript, the fallback requires a valid stored choice granting both analytics and marketing before contacting Google; partial or absent consent does not load it. Tag Manager does not itself define the enabled measurement tags; each configured tag must respect its required consent category. Google advertising permissions remain denied unless advertising consent forwarding has been explicitly enabled by the operator and the visitor has agreed to marketing. Withdrawing consent updates Google storage permissions to denied.
